Section 5000 - Conduct of Membership Meetings
(a) Meetings of the membership of the association shall be conducted in accordance with a recognized system of parliamentary procedure or any parliamentary procedures the association may adopt.
(b) The board shall permit any member to speak at any meeting of the membership of the association. A reasonable time limit for all members to speak at a meeting of the association shall be established by the board. Article 4. Member Election

(b) 1363.05 (h) The board of directors of the association shall permit any member of the association to speak at any meeting of the membership of the association or the board of directors, except for meetings of the board held in executive session. A reasonable time limit for all members of the association to speak to the board of directors or beforeat a meeting of the association shall be established by the board of directors.
